Early registration phase ends at June 22nd, 2014. Normal registration phase starts at June 23rd, 2014 and ends on July 25th, 2014. On-site registration is possible directly at the conference’s registration desk (see below). Conference fee comprises conference sessions, coffee and lunch breaks, proceedings and social event. For a paper at least one full registration (non-member or member) is necessary; PHD students are allowed to register as students. Remark that on-site payments at the conference will be possible only in cash (EUR).

Fees are net without VAT (University of Aveiro does not bill any VAT).
In case of cancellation of your registration, cancellation fees will be applied as follows:
Substitution of delegates will be permitted and all name changes must be communicated to the CMS2014 registration desk by fax or email. Only written cancellation by fax or email will be accepted and has to be done via our registration desk.
Note: registration fees will NOT be refunded for authors of accepted papers/posters.
